 Welcome to Crownbytee Wigs. By purchasing from or accessing our website, store, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and anyone who interacts with Crownbytee Wigs, whether in person, online, or through any other channel.

 1. Orders & Payments

1.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Crownbytee Wigs. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors.

1.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

1.3 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom wigs, units made to specific color, length, or density specifications, require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment.

 2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order units may require 10–21 business days depending on complexity. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2.3 Shipping Delays

Crownbytee Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets ALL of the following conditions:

3.3 Exchanges

Exchanges for a different color, size, or style are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Crownbytee Wigs reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund where appropriate.

4. Product Care & Disclaimer

4.1 Wig Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their wigs. Crownbytee Wigs provides care instructions with every order. Damage resulting from improper use, heat styling beyond recommended temperatures, chemical treatments, or negligence will void any applicable warranty or exchange eligibility.

4.2 Color & Texture Variations

Due to differences in monitor display settings and the natural variation in wig fibers, slight variations in color and texture from product images are normal and do not constitute a defect. Human hair products in particular may vary slightly from batch to batch.

4.3 No Medical Claims

Crownbytee Wigs products are cosmetic items intended for personal use. They are not medical devices. We make no claims regarding the suitability of our products for medical conditions including, but not limited to, alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair loss, or other hair loss disorders. Customers should consult a medical professional before use if necessary.

 5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Crownbytee Wigs website and social media platforms including but not limited to photographs, videos, logos, brand name, product descriptions, and graphics  is the exclusive property of Crownbytee Wigs and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Sharing our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution is permitted.

6. Privacy Policy

Crownbytee Wigs collects personal information including name, shipping address, email, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crownbytee Wigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects from wig adhesives, styling products, or wig fibers. Customers with known sensitivities should review all product materials before use.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Crownbytee Wigs operates, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

Crownbytee Wigs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
